Hi,
What sort of things do you want to remove? Do you mean contents of the emails, or filter out complete emails?
If just contents of the emails, you can change the default workflow templates through workflow builder.
If it is filtering of the emails, a variety of ways to do that.

Open the hidden Item Type "System: Mailer", find the template you need to modify e.g. "Workflow Open FYI Mail", go to properties, open (for example) text/html body, and change it as required.

Thanks a lot sir.it works.

There is one more question.

For PO approval Mailer Notification i want to remove APPROVE and Reject Tabs and I want to put URL for oracle applications.
so that user first enters into oracle applications and approve the PO but not from MAILER Notification.

As per my knowlydge mailer notification uses the same attributes & Lookup for approve and reject tabs which oracle notification uses.

Can u please advice what should i do in such case.

Cool...
Are you getting Approve/Reject links in the email that generate another email? Or are you getting links that popup an IE page with the Approve/Reject Notification regions?
If you're getting the latter then thats how you should be approving/rejecting - this is effectively signed into Apps.

I'm guessing you're on an older version of apps using WFMAIL notification mailer?
If so, there is a setting in wfmail.cfg that you can switch from the "email response" to Workflow Notification form.
From memory fix is to open $FND_TOP/resource/wfmail.cfg and change:
# HTML_MAIL_TEMPLATE=OPEN_MAIL_OUTLOOK
to
HTML_MAIL_TEMPLATE=OPEN_MAIL_OUTLOOK

And restart WFMAIL ...

If not, will be some other setup option ... HTML with attachments or similar.
